While at RE/MAX for several years, he helped enough clients to be named to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Ray’s listings, on average, sell 8 days faster than other listings in Toronto, and he sells listings at 3.5% more than the Realtor’s Board Average. Every three months, Ray meets with other top agents across Canada to brainstorm new buyer and seller strategies.

Ray Ahmadi's success as a real estate agent began with education, having earned a bachelor's degree in business, with a concentration in marketing. First and foremost, he believes it all starts with listening. Focusing on putting customers first, doing what is right for his customers and acting as an advocate for his clients by protecting their best interests, with his negotiation skills, ability to overcome objections and result driven attitude has helped him stay ahead of the curve.

When he is not immersing himself in real estate, he loves to spend time with his daughter, his wife and partner for almost 30 years now and participating in charity events. His hobbies include traveling, taking vacations, watching movies and keeping in touch with past clients who are now family.
